This is a comprehensive deep cleaning with the goal of restoring the emptied residence to comfortable and sanitary conditions. Water and electricity services must be available at time of cleaning. Please note that price may vary for unusually soiled surfaces. Extra appliances will incur additional costs. Since the scope of our work is focused on cleaning, we cannot guarantee the removal of any persistent stains nor restoration of damaged surfaces.

Maintenance Cleaning
This is a routine cleaning that takes place at regular intervals to refresh and maintain the cleanliness of the home. Maintenance cleanings may be requested weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. We can customize your plan to fit your personal needs for each visit. Water and electricity services must be available at time of cleaning. The following is a list of tasks that can be included in your personalized cleaning plan. Maintenance cleanings are charged at an hourly rate per cleaner.
